What’s your cancellation policy?
Aerial Photography and Video
A scheduled and prepaid shoot, may be canceled 2 or more days prior to the scheduled shoot date, and customer will receive a full refund, less a $50 scheduling fee.
Customer cancellations received with less than a two-day notice will be not be refunded.
Aerial services that are canceled prior to launch due to weather, FAA or ATC regulations, equipment failures, or other reasons out of the control of the customer will receive a full refund, less a $50 scheduling fee.
360 Photography and Video
Cancellations and reschedules are no charge provided they are done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot date/time.
Within the 24 hour window, a cancellation/reschedule is $50.
If the photographer shows up to a property and can’t get in or if the shoot is cancelled by the customer, the fee is $50 + 50% of the quoted amount.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
